Staying here for a week was good some days but there’s a manager that works there do not give good customer service attitude it’s not right I pay every day for me and my family to stay we are currently homeless and do not need that type of people to be giving me a hard time. Z walls you can hear other people in the room the manager that’s working today does not need to be working if she don’t have people skills! Good luck to all!!

I cannot stress enough that you should NOT stay here. It is false advertising as the property is literally nothing like the pictures. The parking lot is extremely UNSAFE and it is in a very bad part of town and NOWHERE close to downtown. The rooms are nothing like the pictures, it smells BAD, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, NO lamps, and the staff at the front desk is just plain RUDE. What an utter disgrace, I woke up feeling disgusted with myself after sleeping here. Pay that extra $10 for anywhere else.

Best hotel ever!!! The room was perfect and the staff was great. The breakfast was simple but nice. Honestly would recommend to all my friends and family, the beds were comfortable and the room was the best for such a low rate :)

what you see on the website is NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE PLACE. it was in a very unsafe area of town and when we walked into the room it smelled terrible. i went to the front desk to ask for 4 towels and the guy literally told me no. so we used 2 towels for the entire weekend. awful experience. if you care about your safety, spend your money else where. We had the people next door evicted and there was yelling most of the night. When i complained at 3 in the morning the guy at the front desk told me too bad and hung up! They wouldn't provide extra pillows or a working light bulb for our room. The breakfast was a total joke, just break and fruit loops and its served from 6-9 SHARP so don't be late! You have to eat it there, no taking it to the room. Burn holes in the sheets, the towels smell horrible. Just a terrible experience with horrible people. If you like crack hores and drug people its perfect though.

This is one of the best express inn that i came across in Dallas downtown. Its on inter state well connected. Staff is good and the rooms are clean and provide free breakfast,Laundry facilities, Barbecue grill(s) also available.
